Only if you actively subscribed, you can click Order Management in your account, then click Cancel Plan on the billing page. Otherwise, the Premium access given upon registration does not create orders or subscriptions, so you don't need to cancel.

Yes, you can upgrade to lifetime but paid subscription fees are non-refundable. You can upgrade to lifetime anytime to enjoy permanent Premium features.
